Returns & Refunds At GYH London, all of our products are made to order especially for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, colour choice, or change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will gladly offer a replacement or a refund. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos showing the issue.
